Piano Teaching Games

There are many fun games for the whole family, playing the piano by the number of books. Here are just a few:

Name That Tune: One person plays the songs on the piano, while everyone tries to guess the song title. Children love to play the songs, so keep an eye on the children. You can also use the play-along audio CDs, but the kids love, the focus of attention and play the songs on the piano.
Musical Chairs: Putting chairs in the center of the room and thewhen the music stops everyone must find a chair, except that there is always a chair for too little. Use the CD or have children (of all ages to play the piano).

Christmas Pageant: There are more than enough material for the play-along audio CD on your show today. Children (all ages) is the love they share together, and can either play music or role in the show.

Make Up Your Own Show: The section Family Favorites features 28 well-known tunes, children can turn intoa show about nothing.

Leaves all Try It! You will be surprised how much fun a family where everyone is asking is to play a song from the book. Find that your family and friends are hidden musical talent! Most people really want to try to play the piano, to make it a game!

Learning

FOURS "Fours" is the basic rhythm game that I play with the children. I always use on the first hour, and all subsequent lessons until the childseems too old for her. It 'a fun but very childish games, rhythm and geography piano without notes printed numbers kind.It teaches s important for kids to actually do the piano, without the burden of graphical notation to play (or notes figures) are available. For example, we find that children can usually play on the floor, go three tracks: Chopsticks, Heart and Soul, Knuckles (funny piece on the keys that blacks played with the knuckle of the rightHand!)

"Fours" is a piano-playing exactly the same built form. The child plays the numbers and play chords. If the symbols do not line below in your browser, remember that always plays four notes (numbers) for each agreement (letter.) The child in the "medium C", also known as number one: "1" The teacher place the letters or agreements.

CGCFCFGC

I play a sort of funny Chico Marx oom-pahAccompanied with the model of rope (CGCFCFGC etc.) Kids think it's very light and refreshing. We play the piano keys on the right, with the aim naturally is found by the child, the highest key of the piano.'m Quite "hard", that is, if your child breaks the rhythm, or missing a key, it begins. Strangely, my children, and then start to go back to what they love to go through with the key higher.

Fun Option: Ask them toCounting the white keys until you can get the white key higher (from Middle C, which is their # 1) and tell you what the "number" which is the white key (29). This has no musical value, but that makes the child a student instrument. The game objective is to make the child and make a keen observer of the enthusiastic their instrument, something impossible if the child is read-only scores blocked by a book. Children have to improvise, but humbleBasically all my games are here to make music fun outside of the marks, numbers, or conventional.

"Fours" teaches a child
Sheet music is not always necessary to have fun with music
Must rely, as they play
The music is divided into units numbered
Piano is a great thing, what can they do now.
