The professional packers and movers will not only help you in having peaceful moving, but also assist you in logistics of relocation. Below are the great packing tips and guidelines to make your big day hassle free:

Crockery, Glassware and Dishes-

Take note that whenever you are packing the dishes, dining ware, cups, mugs, bowls and other fragile things, you need to properly wrap them so as to prevent damage. Many people attempt to scrimp on some packaging papers for these things, as this idea will surely fail. It is obviously a better idea to use lots of packing paper rather than using too little. It is absolutely fine to put one or more fragile items together, the only thing that you have to be careful about is that you should make sure that you wrap each and every set with some thick and a good quality wrapping paper. Once you have finished wrapping, you need to tape each set individually to ensure that wrapping does not come off during your shipping and handling process.

DVD and CDs -

If you have a collection of these DVD's or CD's then you need to pack them in original cases if possible. Just put some layer of crushed or shredded paper on the bottom of your container and line all these items side by side. Never lay the CDs or DVD's flat as that will increase the chances of getting damaged.

Microwaves-

Remove all the loose pieces such as trays, shelves before you being packing a microwave. In order to prevent the breakage of the microwave glass, you need to sue the masking tape and place an X across the border. If it's possible, use original boxes or secure the same in cartons that have lot of room for padding the oven properly.

Bedding -

All the Bedding has to be freshly washed prior to packing and you need to place the same in a sturdy container.

Lamps -

Make it a point to remove the bulbs from the lamps and pack lamps with bedding wherever it is possible. If that's not possible, then place them in upright position in the tissue-lined carton and wrap the delicate ones in tissue papers in order to prevent damage.
